Loved this place. The food was delicious and love the appetizer area. Downfall is that the place is small so wait is long. Service was fast and clean.

Such a good place for hot pot! It's not AYCE but the meat combo is definitely enough for 4 people to eat fully, I would say. I think if you don't have as much of an appetite or don't eat much, you could even share this among 6 plus veggies & add ons. The broths were super flavorful as well! Love the presentation of the meat in a ring around the pot, I haven't seen that before. Service was very quick despite it being busy! You can order your food online and they'll bring it out to you.

My friend and I were craving hot pot and came across this place in chinatown next to the train station. We came on a tuesday afternoon and the place was not super full. The servers were super nice to explain things and we were able to add our order items on a tablet. For broth, we chose the spicy beef oil and mushroom soup. I really liked both, but the beef oil was super oily and got heavy quickly that it was hard to eat for people like me who can't really tolerate spice. We also got a variety of food, such as the beef and lamb combo, fish balls, veggies combo, quail eggs, udon, noodles etc, and it ended up being more food than we needed for two people. We also got the self sauce bar where you get your unlimited sauces and some side dishes. Overall, I really liked everything we got to try. My favorite was the beef and lamb combo as it came in a big ring that surrounds the pot and the meat was so tender. The total came out to be around $50 per person which was expected, and i will gladly be back if i'm ever in the area.

Having such an elevated expectation for hot pot, I really enjoyed eating at Chengdu Memory. It's comparable to the up-scale Dolar Shop for a fraction of the price! I really enjoyed the free gifts and everything that came with our meal. The meat ring was a big display piece and definitely draws the attentions of those who haven't been here. The broth was the highlight of my meal by far. The pork broth was very rich and flavorful and the meat was good as well! The server helped us out a ton and gave us a nudge that their spicy level was super spicy. It was incredibly busy in there and everyone was just having a great time. It's tucked away in a busy neighborhood, a little scary, but the food does not disappoint again. 10/10!
